Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 108(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby fixes the remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors of Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation, as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range ($220 - $260) and an annual retainer within the range ($2,900 - $3,400), effective April 1, 2007.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 108(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération des administrateurs du conseil d’administration de la Société d’expansion du Cap-Breton conformément à l’annexe ci‑jointe, laquelle rémunération est composée d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (220 $ - 260 $) et d’honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (2 900 $ - 3 400 $), à compter du 1^er avril 2007.
