Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the

recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a)  of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Bob Hamilton of Orleans, Ontario, to be Associate Secretary of the Treasury Board, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($177,000 - $208,300), effective August 15, 2008.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de

 l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Bob Hamilton, d’Orléans (Ontario), au poste de secrétaire délégué du Conseil du Trésor, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (177 000 $ - 208 300 $), à compter du 15 août 2008.
