Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, after consultation with the Board of Directors of PPP Canada Inc., pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby appoints Michael F.K. Carter of Toronto, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Board of Directors of PPP Canada Inc., to hold office during pleasure for a term of six months, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range ($360 - $420).

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, après consultation avec le conseil d’administration de PPP Canada Inc., et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Michael F.K. Carter, de Toronto (Ontario), président du conseil d’administration de PPP Canada Inc., à titre amovible, pour un mandat de six mois, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l'annexe ci‑jointe, laquelle rémunération est composée d’un taux journalier dans l'échelle (360 $ ‑ 420 $).
