Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs:

 

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Protocol to the North Atlantic Treaty on the Accession of the Republic of Croatia; or

 

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Robert McRae, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Canada to the North Atlantic Council or

Chris Cooter, Deputy Permanent Representative of Canada to the North Atlantic Council or Isabelle Poupart, Counsellor, Canadian Joint Delegation to the North Atlantic Council, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Protocol to the North Atlantic Treaty on the Accession of the Republic of Croatia.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise le ministre des Affaires étrangères :

 

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, le Protocole au Traité de l’Atlantique Nord sur l’accession de la République de Croatie;

 

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Robert McRae, ambassadeur et représentant permanent du Canada auprès du Conseil de l’Atlantique Nord,  Chris Cooter, représentant permanent adjoint du Canada auprès du Conseil de l’Atlantique Nord ou Isabelle Poupart, conseiller, Délégation canadienne conjointe auprès du Conseil de l’Atlantique Nord, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, le Protocole au Traité de l’Atlantique Nord sur l’accession de la République de Croatie.
