Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 3 and subsection 10.1(2) of the Canadian Radio‑television and Telecommunications Commission Act, hereby

 

(a)       appoints Suzanne Lamarre of Longueuil, Quebec, to be a full-time member of the Canadian Radio‑television and Telecommunications Commission to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years;

 

(b)       designates Suzanne Lamarre for the Quebec region, as established under subsection 10(1.1) of that Act; and

  

(c)        determines that Suzanne Lamarre shall reside within 100 kilometres of the Quebec regional office;

 

effective June 30, 2008.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’article 3 et du paragraphe 10.1(2) de la Loi sur le Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des télécommunications canadiennes, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil

 

a)         nomme Suzanne Lamarre, de Longueuil (Québec), conseiller à temps plein du Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des télécommunications canadiennes à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans;

 

b)         désigne Suzanne Lamarre pour la région du Québec, établi sous le régime du paragraphe 10(1.1) de cette loi;

 

c)         fixe que Suzanne Lamarre réside dans un rayon de 100 kilomètres du bureau régional du Québec;

 

à compter du 30 juin 2008.
