Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints François Turmel of Sept-Îles, Quebec, to be a director of the Sept-Îles Port Authority, to hold office for a term of two years.
