Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby fixes the employment conditions of Jacques Duchesneau, former Chief Executive Officer, Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, as set out in the annexed schedule, effective April 30, 2008.
