Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves that the National Capital Commission grant, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission, a five-year extension, starting on

April 1, 2010, to the five-year lease with The Bank of Nova Scotia for parts of the premises located at 100 Sparks Street in Ottawa, as described in the annexed schedule.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor, et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve l’octroi, par la Commission de la capitale nationale, aux conditions que celle-ci juge satisfaisantes, d’une prolongation de cinq ans, à compter du 1^er avril 2010, du bail de cinq ans conclu avec la Banque de Nouvelle-Écosse visant une partie du bien-fonds situé au 100, rue Sparks à Ottawa et dont la désignation officielle figure à l’annexe ci-jointe.
