Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves that the National Capital Commission grant, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission, a five-year extension, starting on October 1, 2010, to the lease with “Templar Restaurants Inc.”, carrying on business as “Keg Manor Restaurant”, for the premises located at 529 Richmond Road in Ottawa, as described in the annexed schedule.
