                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Cooperation, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to External Affairs Vote L35 of Appropriation Act No. 3, 1977, hereby

(a) approves the consolidation and new repayment schedule for the loan agreements with the Government of the Republic of Indonesia in accordance with the annexed repayment schedule; and

(b) authorizes the Minister for International Cooperation to designate Mr. Ferry de Kerckhove, Ambassador of Canada to the Republic of Indonesia, to sign the necessary amendments to the loan agreements.

                      Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Coopération internationale, avec l’accord du ministre des Finances, et en vertu du crédit L35 [Affaires extérieures ] de la Loi n^o 3 de 1977 portant affectation de crédits, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) approuve la consolidation et les nouvelles conditions de remboursement relatives aux accords de prêt conclus avec le gouvernement de la République d’Indonésie, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe;

b) autorise la ministre de la Coopération internationale à désigner M. Ferry de Kerckhove, ambassadeur du Canada auprès de la République d’Indonésie, pour entériner les modifications nécessaires à ces accords.
