Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Susan Cartwright of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Deputy National Security Advisor to the Prime Minister, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her salary as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($177,000 - $208,300), effective June 16, 2008.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Susan Cartwright, d’Ottawa (Ontario), à titre de sous-conseiller national pour la sécurité auprès du premier ministre, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (177 000 $ - 208 300 $), à compter du 16 juin 2008.
