Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 108(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby fixes the remuneration of Tony Genco, President and Chief Executive Officer of Parc Downsview Park Inc., as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the Crown Corporation Group 3 range ($137,800 – $162,100), effective April 1, 2006, and within the Crown Corporation Group 3 range ($140,800 – $165,600), effective April 1, 2007.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 108(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération de Tony Genco, président et premier dirigeant de Parc Downsview Park Inc., conformément à l’annexe ci‑jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle salariale du groupe 3 des sociétés d’État (137 800 $ –  162 100 $), à compter du 1^er avril 2006, et dans l’échelle salariale du groupe 3 des sociétés d’État (140 800 $ – 165 600 $), à compter du 1^er avril 2007.
