Whereas, pursuant to subsection 5(2) of the

Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration has caused a copy of the proposed

Regulations Amending the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (Permanent Resident Cards), substantially in the annexed form, to be laid before each House of Parliament;

 

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 5(1) and section 32 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (Permanent Resident Cards).

Attendu que la ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, conformément au paragraphe 5(2) de la

Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, a fait déposer le projet de règlement intitulé Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés (Carte de résident permanent), conforme en substance au texte ci-après, devant chaque chambre du Parlement,

 

À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu du paragraphe 5(1) et de l’article 32 de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés,

Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés (Carte de résident permanent), ci-après.
