Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs:

 

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement on Labour Cooperation between Canada and the Republic of Peru; or

 

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing the Honourable Helena Guergis, Secretary of State (Foreign Affairs and International Trade) (Sport), or Gerald Keddy, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for International Trade, or Geneviève des Rivières, Ambassador of Canada to the Republic of Peru with concurrent accreditation to the Republic of Bolivia, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement on Labour Cooperation between Canada and the Republic of Peru.

 

 

 

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise le ministre des Affaires étrangères :

 

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de coopération dans le domaine du travail entre le Canada et la République du Pérou;

 

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant l’honorable Helena Guergis, secrétaire d’État (Affaires étrangères et Commerce international) (Sports), ou Gerald Keddy, secrétaire parlementaire du ministre du Commerce international, ou Geneviève des Rivières, ambassadeur du Canada auprès de la République du Pérou et de la République de la Bolivie, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de coopération dans le domaine du travail entre le Canada et la République du Pérou.
