Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to sections 10 and 13 of the Nuclear Safety and Control Act, hereby:

 

(a)       reappoints Michael Binder of Orleans, Ontario, to be a permanent member of the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years;  

 

(b)       designates Michael Binder as President of the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission; and

 

(c)        fixes his remuneration and other employment conditions at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 8 ($204,300 ‑ $240,400).

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu des articles 10 et 13 de la Loi sur la sûreté et la réglementation nucléaires, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

 

a)         nomme de nouveau Michael Binder, d’Orléans (Ontario), commissaire permanent de la Commission canadienne de sûreté nucléaire, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans;

 

b)         désigne Michael Binder comme président de la Commission canadienne de sûreté nucléaire;

 

c)         fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci‑jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 8 (204 300 $ ‑ 240 400 $).
