Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to sections 3 and 4 of the Telefilm Canada Act, hereby appoints G. Grant Machum of Halifax, Nova Scotia, to be a member of Telefilm Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term ending January 11, 2010, in the place of Suzanne Sheaves.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu des articles 3 et 4 de la Loi sur Téléfilm Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme G. Grant Machum, d’Halifax (Nouvelle-Écosse), membre de Téléfilm Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le 11 janvier 2010, en remplacement de Suzanne Sheaves.
