Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, after consultation with the board of directors of Marine Atlantic Inc., pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby appoints John F. Roil of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be President and Chief Executive Officer of Marine Atlantic Inc. on an interim basis, to hold office during pleasure, until such time as a new President and Chief Executive Officer is appointed, and fixes his remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range ($176,500 ‑ $207,700). 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, après consultation du conseil d’administration de Marine Atlantique S.C.C., et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme John F. Roil, de St. John’s (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), président et premier dirigeant par intérim de Marine Atlantique S.C.C., à titre amovible,  jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau président et premier dirigeant soit nommé, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle (176 500 $ - 207 700 $).
