Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 3 and subsection 5(2) of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council Act, hereby appoints Daniel F. Muzyka of West Vancouver, British Columbia, to be a member of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective May 12, 2008.
