Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri‑Food, pursuant to section 3.02 of the Canadian Wheat Board Act, hereby appoints David J. Carefoot of Oakbank, Manitoba, to be a director of the Board of Directors of The Canadian Wheat Board to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.
