Whereas PPP Canada Inc., a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canada Development Investment Corporation;

 

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 86(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby declares that all of the provisions of Part X of that Act, other than section 90, that apply only to parent Crown corporations apply to

PPP Canada Inc.

Attendu que PPP Canada Inc., société constituée sous le régime de la Loi canadienne sur les sociétés par actions, est une filiale à cent pour cent de la Corporation d’investissements au développement du Canada,

 

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 86(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil rend applicables à PPP Canada Inc. toutes les dispositions de la partie X de cette loi, sauf l’article 90, qui ne s’appliquent qu’aux sociétés d’État mères.
