Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to subsection 39(1) of the Canadian Wheat Board Act, hereby authorizes The Canadian Wheat Board

 

(a) to adjust its accounts as of December 31, 2007,

 

(i) by applying the undistributed balance set out in Schedules I, II and III to this Order in respect of wheat, amber durum wheat and designated barley, in payment of the expenses of distribution of the balance mentioned in subsection 33(2) of that Act, and

 

(ii) by transferring the remainder of the undistributed balance to a separate account as set out in Schedules I, II and III; and

 

(b) to pay to the persons who are entitled to receive payments in respect of the wheat, amber durum wheat and designated barley, the amount to which they are entitled out of the separate account.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire et en vertu du paragraphe 39(1) de la Loi sur la Commission canadienne du blé, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil permet à la Commission canadienne du blé :

 

a) de rectifier ses comptes au 31 décembre 2007 :

 

(i) d’une part, en affectant le solde non distribué figurant aux annexes I, II et III ci‑jointes, à l'égard du blé, du blé dur ambré et de l’orge désignée, au paiement des frais de distribution du solde mentionné au paragraphe 33(2) de cette loi,

 

(ii) d’autre part, en virant à un compte distinct le reste du solde non distribué figurant aux annexes I, II et III;

 

b) de verser sur ce compte distinct, aux personnes ayant droit de recevoir des paiements pour le blé, le blé dur ambré et l’orge désignée, la somme qui leur revient.
