Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to subsections 22.1(1) and (2) of the Department of Public Works and Government Services Act, hereby appoints Shahid Minto of Orleans, Ontario, as Procurement Ombudsman to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his salary and other conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($180,700 - $212,600), effective May 5, 2008.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu des paragraphes 22.1(1) et (2) de la Loi sur le ministère des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Shahid Minto, d’Orléans (Ontario), ombudsman de l’approvisionnement, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (180 700 $ ‑ 212 600 $), à compter du 5 mai 2008.
