   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, pursuant to section 7 of An Act to amend the Canada Labour Code, the Canada Student Financial Assistance Act, the Canada Student Loans Act and the Public Service Employment Act,

chapter 15 of the Statutes of Canada, 2008, hereby fixes

April 18, 2008 as the day on which sections 1 and 6 of that Act come into force.

18 avril 2008 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 1 et 6 de cette loi.
