                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 122(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the Corporate Plan of Defence Construction (1951) Limited for the 2003-2004 to 2007-2008 planning period, in accordance with the decision of the Treasury Board at its meeting of March 27, 2003.

                 Sur recommandation du ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 122(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le plan d’entreprise de Construction de défense (1951) Limitée pour la période de planification 2003-2004 à 2007-2008, conformément à la décision prise par le Conseil du Trésor à sa réunion du 27 mars 2003.
