   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 108(5) of the Federal Accountability Act, chapter 9 of the Statutes of Canada, 2006, hereby fixes July 2, 2008 as the day on which sections 65 to 82, 84 to 88 and 89 to 98 of that Act come into force.
