Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 6(4) of the Business Development Bank of Canada Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Industry of Sarah E. Raiss of Calgary, Alberta, as a director of the Board of Directors of the Business Development Bank of Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of Kelvin Ng, effective April 21, 2008. 

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu du paragraphe 6(4) de la Loi sur la Banque de développement du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre de l’Industrie de Sarah E. Raiss, de Calgary (Alberta), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Banque de développement du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement de Kelvin Ng, à compter du 21 avril 2008.
