                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 122(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the Corporate Plan of VIA Rail Canada Inc. for the 2003-2007 planning period, in accordance with the decision of the Treasury Board at its meeting of March 27, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 122(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le plan d’entreprise de VIA Rail Canada Inc. pour la période de planification de 2003-2007, conformément à la décision prise par le Conseil du Trésor à sa réunion du 27 mars 2003.
