Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints Maria Elizabeth Ann Hudolin of Thunder Bay, Ontario, to be a director of the Thunder Bay Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years. 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnées dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) et du paragraphe 14(2) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Maria Elizabeth Ann Hudolin, de Thunder Bay (Ontario), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Thunder Bay, pour un mandat de trois ans.
