Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints Peter G. Gaulton of Saint John, New Brunswick, to be a director of the Saint John Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, effective May 30, 2008. 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnés dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)a) et du paragraphe 14(2) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Peter G. Gaulton, de Saint John (Nouveau‑Brunswick), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Saint John, pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 30 mai 2008.
