                  Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 122(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the Corporate Plan of the Blue Water Bridge Authority for the planning period beginning on September 1, 2002 and ending on August 31, 2007, in accordance with the decision of the Treasury Board at its meeting of March 27, 2003.

                  Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 122(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le plan d’entreprise de l’Administration du pont Blue Water pour la période de planification commençant le 1^er septembre 2002 et se terminant le 31 août 2007, conformément à la décision prise par le Conseil du Trésor à sa réunion du 27 mars 2003.
