Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Exchange of Notes between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Russian Federation constituting an Additional Agreement to the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics for Cooperation in the Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy, done on November 20, 1989.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Échange de notes entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie constituant un Accord additionnel à l’Accord de coopération, conclu le 20 novembre 1989, entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de l’Union des Républiques socialistes soviétiques concernant les utilisations pacifiques de l’énergie nucléaire.
