                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 122(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the Corporate Plan of the Cape Breton Growth Fund Corporation for the period commencing April 1, 2003 and terminating March 31, 2006, in accordance with the decision of the Treasury Board at its meeting of March 27, 2003.

                 Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 122(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le plan d’entreprise de la Corporation Fonds d’investissement du Cap-Breton pour la période commençant le 1^er avril 2003 et se terminant le 31 mars 2006, conformément à la décision prise par le Conseil du Trésor à sa réunion du 27 mars 2003.
