Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 16(1)(g) of the Federal Real Property and Federal Immovables Act, hereby transfers from the Minister of Public Works and Government Services to the Minister of Canadian Heritage the administration of the following federal real and immovable properties:

 

(a) the whole of the building at 1030 Innes Road, Ottawa, Ontario, the description of which is attached as Schedule 1 to this Order;

 

(b) the warehouse space at 1729-1731 St. Laurent Boulevard, Ottawa, Ontario, the description of which is attached as Schedule 2 to this Order; and

 

(c) the lands and building at Complexe Nova, Phase III, 25, rue de Villebois, Gatineau, Quebec, the description of which is attached as Schedule 3 to this Order.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 16(1)g) de la Loi sur les immeubles fédéraux et les biens réels fédéraux, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil transfère du ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux au ministre du Patrimoine canadien la gestion des biens réels et immeubles fédéraux ci-après :

 

a) l’ensemble de l’immeuble situé au 1030, chemin Innes, Ottawa (Ontario), dont la description figure à l’annexe 1

ci-jointe;

 

b) l’aire d’entreposage située au 1729-1731, boulevard

St-Laurent, Ottawa (Ontario), dont la description figure à l’annexe 2 ci-jointe;

 

c) les terres et l’immeuble situés au Complexe Nova, Phase III, 25, rue de Villebois, Gatineau (Québec), dont la description figure à l’annexe 3 ci-jointe.
