Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, hereby sets apart the lands described in the attached schedule, for the use and benefit of the Indian Island Band, as an addition to Indian Island Indian Reserve No. 28, in the Province of

New Brunswick.
