Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby amends Order in Council P.C. 2008‑314 of February 18, 2008, as follows:

 

(a) by inserting a comma and the words “in the place of Jean‑Claude Garneau”, followed by a comma, immediately after the words “for a term of four years”; and

 

(b) by inserting a comma and the words “effective March 17, 2008" immediately after the words “an annual retainer within the range ($3,200 ‑ $3,800)”.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie le décret C.P. 2008‑314 du 18 février 2008, de la manière qui suit :

 

a) en ajoutant, immédiatement après la virgule suivant les mots « pour un mandat de quatre ans », les mots « en remplacement de Jean‑Claude Garneau », suivi par une virgule;

 

b) en ajoutant, immédiatement après les mots « et d’honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (3 200 $ ‑ 3 800 $) », une virgule et les mots « avec prise d’effet le 17 mars 2008 ».
