Whereas the Honourable Larry A. Kyle, a Judge of    Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan, will attain the age of seventy‑five years on July 4, 2008, and, therefore, will cease to hold office on that date under the provisions of section 99 of the Constitution Act, 1867;

 

And whereas the Honourable Larry A. Kyle has held judicial office for at least ten years;

 

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to paragraph 42(1)(d) of the Judges Act, hereby grants an annuity of $168,000 to the Honourable Larry A. Kyle, commencing on            July 4, 2008 and continuing during his life.

Attendu que l'honorable Larry A. Kyle, juge de la Cour du Banc de la Reine de la Saskatchewan, atteindra l'âge de soixante‑quinze ans le 4 juillet 2008 et, en conséquence, cessera d'occuper sa charge à cette date en vertu de l'article 99 de la          Loi constitutionnelle de 1867;

 

Attendu que l’honorable Larry A. Kyle a exercé des fonctions judiciaires pendant au moins dix ans,

 

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu de l'alinéa 42(1)d) de la Loi sur les juges,          Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil accorde à l'honorable Larry A. Kyle, à titre viager, une pension annuelle de    168 000 $, payable à compter du 4 juillet 2008.
