Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, and the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 48 of the Canada Transportation Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities enter into a contribution agreement with the Transportation Association of Canada, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the annexed schedule, for a total amount not to exceed $4,000,000 payable over five years ending on March 31, 2012, under the Contribution to the Transportation Association of Canada program to support transportation related projects and programs.

Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée la conclusion, par le ministre des Transports, de l'Infrastructure et des Collectivités, d’un accord de contribution avec l’Association des transports du Canada, conformément aux modalités figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, pour un montant total n’excédant pas 4 000 000 $ échelonnés sur cinq exercices se terminant le 31 mars 2012, dans le cadre du programme de contribution à l’Association des transports du Canada afin de financer des projets et des programmes touchant les transports.
