   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 452 of An Act to amend the law governing financial institutions and to provide for related and consequential matters, assented to on

March 29, 2007, chapter 6 of the Statutes of Canada, 2007, hereby fixes March 8, 2008 as the day on which sections 9, 24, 49, 67, 68, 111, 147, 160, 197, 316, 343, 358, 386 to 391 and 409 to 412 of that Act come into force.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’article 452 de la Loi modifiant la législation régissant les institutions financières et comportant des mesures connexes et corrélatives, sanctionnée le 29 mars 2007, chapitre 6 des Lois du Canada (2007), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 8 mars 2008 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 9, 24, 49, 67, 68, 111, 147, 160, 197, 316, 343, 358, 386 à 391 et 409 à 412 de cette loi.
