Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints Jean-Guy Bonneau of Jonquière, Quebec, to be a director of the Saguenay Port Authority, to hold office for a term of two years.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnées dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) et du paragraphe 14(2) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Jean-Guy Bonneau, de Jonquière (Québec), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire du Saguenay, pour un mandat de deux ans.
