Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints Luc Dubreuil of Longueuil, Quebec, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Quebec Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Longueuil, for a term of three years, effective April 21, 2008.
