Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, hereby appoints James Douglas Callon of Russell, Ontario, as Superintendent of Bankruptcy to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range ($177,800 - $208,200), effective March 12, 2008. 

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu du paragraphe 5(1) de la Loi sur la faillite et l’insolvabilité, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme James Douglas Callon, de Russell (Ontario), surintendant des faillites à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle (177 800 $ ‑ 208 200 $), à compter du 12 mars 2008.
