Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, and the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 5 of the Department of Agriculture and Agri-Food Act, hereby

 

(a) amends Order in Council P.C. 2003-116 of January 31, 2003, by replacing the words “March 31, 2008" with the words

“March 31, 2009" in paragraph (a); and

 

(b) authorizes the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food to

re-establish the Rural Community Capacity Building Program for the period commencing on April 1, 2008 and ending on

March 31, 2009.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire, et du Conseil du Trésor, et en vertu de l’article 5 de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire,

Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

 

a) modifie l’alinéa a) du décret C.P. 2003-116 du 31 janvier 2003 en remplaçant _ 31 mars 2008 _ par _ 31 mars 2009 _;

 

b) autorise le ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire à rétablir le Programme de renforcement des capacités des collectivités rurales pour la période allant du 1^er avril 2008 au

31 mars 2009.
