Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(a) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves the acquisition by the National Capital Commission of the real property described in the Schedule to this Order and otherwise on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités et du Conseil du Trésor, et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)a) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil donne son accord à la Commission de la capitale nationale pour l’acquisition des biens immeubles décrits à l’annexe ci-jointe, aux conditions que la Commission de la capitale nationale estime satisfaisantes.
