Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves the grant by the National Capital Commission, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission, of:

 

(a) a 66-year lease to Ashcroft Urban Developments Inc. of an improved real property located between Queen and Sparks Street comprising an area of 0.36 hectares more or less as described in the attached Schedules A and B;

 

(b) a 66-year easement for access and maintenance to Ashcroft Urban Developments Inc. over an improved real property located at 30 Metcalfe Street comprising an area of 170 square metres more or less as described in the attached Schedules A and C.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités, et du Conseil du Trésor, et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil donne son accord à l’octroi, par la Commission de la capitale nationale, selon des conditions que celle-ci juge satisfaisantes :

 

a) à la société Ashcroft Urban Developments Inc., d’un bail d’une durée de soixante-six ans du bien-fonds aménagé situé entre les rues Queen et Sparks et ayant une superficie d’environ 0,36 hectares, décrit aux annexes A et B ci-jointes;

 

b) à la société Ashcroft Urban Developments Inc., d’une servitude d’accès et d’entretien d’une durée de soixante-six ans sur un bien-fonds aménagé situé au 30, rue Metcalfe et ayant une superficie d’environ 170 mètres carrés, décrit aux

annexes A et C ci-jointes.
