Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to section 20 of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act, hereby authorizes the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, on behalf of Her Majesty in right of Canada, to enter into agreements entitled “Amendment to Agreement Respecting Biology Casework Analysis” with the governments of the Provinces of Ontario and Quebec, respectively, substantially in accordance with the attached draft Agreements, to amend the agreements respecting biology casework analysis.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu de l'article 20 de la Loi sur la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise le ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile à conclure, au nom de Sa Majesté du chef du Canada, des ententes intitulées « Modification à l’entente concernant les dossiers d’analyses biologiques » avec les gouvernements des provinces de l’Ontario et de Québec, respectivement, conformes en substance aux projets d’ententes ci-joints, en vue de modifier les ententes concernant les dossiers d’analyses biologiques.
