Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, the Minister of Finance and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 14(3) of the Department of Industry Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Ford New Holland, Inc. Loan Regulations.
