Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to paragraph 39(1)(c) and section 40 of the Indian Act, hereby accepts the designation for leasing purposes made to Her Majesty in right of Canada by the Thunderchild First Nation Band of those portions of the Thunderchild First Nation Reserves in the Province of Saskatchewan, as described in the attached schedule, which designation was assented to by the Thunderchild First Nation Band on April 12, 2005.

Loi sur les Indiens, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil accepte la désignation faite à Sa Majesté du chef du Canada par la bande Thunderchild First Nation de ces parties des réserves de la Thunderchild First Nation, dans la province de la Saskatchewan, à des fins de location à bail, laquelle désignation a été sanctionnée par la bande Thunderchild First Nation le 12 avril 2005 et figure à l’annexe ci-jointe.
