Whereas, pursuant to subsection 10(8) of the

Export Development Act, a copy of the proposed Regulations Amending the Export Development Canada Exercise of Certain Powers Regulations, in the annexed form, was published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on November 3, 2007 and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations with respect to the proposed Regulations;

 

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade and the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsections 10(6) and (7) of the Export Development Act, hereby makes the annexed

Regulations Amending the Export Development Canada Exercise of Certain Powers Regulations.

Attendu que, conformément au paragraphe 10(8) de la Loi sur le développement des exportations, le projet de règlement intitulé Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’exercice de certains pouvoirs par Exportation et développement Canada, conforme au texte ci-après, a été publié dans la Gazette du Canada Partie I

le 3 novembre 2007 et que les intéressés ont ainsi eu la possibilité de présenter leurs observations à cet égard,

 

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international et du ministre des Finances et en vertu des paragraphes 10(6) et (7) de la Loi sur le développement des exportations, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modiiant le Règlement sur l’exercice de certains pouvoirs par Exportation et développement Canada, ci-après.
