Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri‑Food, pursuant to sections 3 and 5 of the Farm Products Agencies Act, hereby

 

(a) amends Order in Council P.C. 2007‑697 of April 30, 2007, by replacing the words “for a term of three years” with the words “for a term of four years”; 

 

(b) designates Brent W. Montgomery of Saint-Gabriel‑de-Valcartier, Quebec, a member of the National Farm Products Council, to be the vice‑chairman of the National Farm Products Council; and

 

(c) fixes his salary at the per diem rate set out in the annexed schedule, which rate is within the range ($550 ‑ $650).

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire et en vertu des articles 3 et 5 de la Loi sur les offices des produits agricoles, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

 

a) modifie le décret C.P. 2007‑697 du 30 avril 2007 en remplaçant les mots « pour un mandat de trois ans » par les mots « pour un mandat de quatre ans »;

 

b) désigne Brent W. Montgomery, de Saint-Gabriel‑de-Valcartier (Québec), conseiller du Conseil national des produits agricoles, vice‑président du Conseil national des produits agricoles;

 

c) fixe son traitement au taux journalier spécifié à l’annexe ci‑jointe, lequel taux se situe dans l’échelle (550 $ ‑ 650 $).
