Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Public Works and Government Services of
Shirley McClellan of New Brigden, Alberta, as a director of Defence Construction (1951) Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range ($200 ‑ $300) and an annual retainer within the range ($3,200 ‑ $3,800).

Sur recommandation du ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux de Shirley McClellan, de New Brigden (Alberta), administrateur de Construction de défense (1951) Limitée, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de quatre ans, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci‑jointe, laquelle rémunération est composée d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (200 $ ‑ 300 $) et d’honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (3 200 $ ‑ 3 800 $).
